AI jobs
Use Activity & logs > AI > Jobs to check work that Axivoy has asked its AI service to complete, such as reading a rate confirmation.
Job list
Each row shows the type of work, when it was requested, who requested it, its status, and how many times it has been attempted.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending or Queued | Waiting to start. |
| Running | Work is in progress. |
| Succeeded | The result is ready on the related page. |
| Failed | The work could not be completed. Open the job for details. |
| Cancelled | The work was stopped. |
Filters
Use Status and Job type to narrow the list. Change Per page when you need to review more or fewer rows at once, then select Apply.
Cancel a job
Use Cancel only when waiting work is no longer needed or was started by mistake. Completed jobs cannot be cancelled. Cancelling a job does not remove the document or load that started it.
If jobs are not moving
Refresh after a short wait. If several jobs remain queued or running for an unusually long time, contact a platform operator and share the job's date, type, and reference shown on the detail page.
