AI usage

Use Activity & logs > AI > Usage to understand how much AI activity your organization used during a month.

Summary cards

• Requests shows how many times Axivoy contacted an AI service.
• Total tokens is the amount of text processed and returned. Tokens are small pieces of words used by AI providers for usage measurement.
• Input tokens covers the instructions and source text sent for processing.
• Estimated cost is an estimate for monitoring. It is not an invoice.

Filters

Choose a Month and, when useful, narrow by Provider, Model, or Capability. Select Apply to refresh the page.

Usage table and export

The table breaks the total into smaller groups so you can see what caused the activity. Use Export CSV to download the filtered results for review.

New activity may not appear immediately because the monthly summary is refreshed on a schedule. If yesterday's activity is still missing after the next refresh, ask a platform operator to investigate.
