Alerts

Use Performance > Alerts to find score or performance conditions that need attention without checking every scorecard.

Alert list

Each alert identifies the metric, person or group, affected period, and the condition that caused it. Use the page filters to focus on open alerts, a date range, or a specific metric.

Open an alert to review the value and surrounding scorecard information. Follow your organization's process to investigate, contact the right person, and record or complete any available follow-up action.

Alert settings

Alert rules are usually managed from the related metric page. Open Performance > Metrics, choose the metric, and use its Alerts section to review when an alert should be created.

If alerts look wrong

• Check Settings > Integrations & Sync > Sync if recent information is missing.
• Compare the alert with Performance > Weekly scorecard for the same person and week.
• A missing alert may mean the rule is off, the metric has no value, or the latest sync has not finished.
