Carriers

This older carrier directory is kept for records that have not yet been brought into the Partners directory.

Carrier list

Use search and filters to find a carrier, then select its name to open the record. The page may show carrier identity, status, contact information, and links to the matching partner profile.

Which page should I use?

For normal work, use Operations > Partners. A partner profile can represent a carrier, customer, broker, or more than one business role in one place.

Use this Carriers page only when:

• a link from an older record brings you here;
• you need to compare an older carrier record with its partner profile; or
• support asks you to review a carrier that has not been linked yet.

Do not create a duplicate carrier to solve a missing link. Check Partners first, then contact an administrator if the records need to be connected.
