Company profile

Open Company profile from the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar. Use this page to manage the company details Axivoy places on documents.

Legal identity

Enter the organization's legal name and, when applicable, its USDOT and MC numbers. Use the registered business values rather than abbreviations used only by dispatch.

Contact

Add the main phone and email. Safety instructions tell drivers what to do after submitting an accident report, so keep this message short, current, and easy to follow under stress.

Business address

Enter the mailing address that should appear on company letterheads and reports.

Where this information appears

• accident report forms and PDFs
• driver compensation statements
• other company document headers

Logo, colors, favicon, and login-page text are managed separately under Settings > Branding.

Incomplete profile

If the page shows an incomplete-profile notice, add the listed required fields. Blank company details can also appear blank on newly generated documents.
