Operations > Customers is the legacy customer list. Most new work now happens in Operations > Partners, but this page still helps you find older customer records and open their details.

What the list is for

Use this page to:

• Find a customer by name
• Open the customer profile
• Review the loads tied to that customer
• Check any older billing or contact information that still lives here

What changed

Axivoy now treats partners as the main place to manage business contacts and billing details. This page stays in place for older workflows and redirects to the newer partner experience where possible.

When to use it

If you are looking for a record that came from an older import or an older workflow, this is still a useful place to start. For new edits, prefer the partner profile.
