Email templates

Settings > Communications > Email templates is where you edit the message text used by Axivoy's outgoing emails.

What the page shows

The template list shows the available email types, whether a template is custom or inherited, and whether it is active.

What you can edit

Inside a template, you can change:

• The subject line
• The message body
• The preview text
• Any visible labels or placeholders the template uses

How it works

Some templates start from a shared default and others can be customized for your tenant. If you reset a template, it goes back to the inherited version.

What to watch for

Keep the text simple and readable. The goal is to help the recipient understand what happened and what to do next.
