Integrations

Settings > Integrations is where you connect Axivoy to outside systems.

What the page shows

Providers appear in a searchable list on the left (filter by category when needed). Select a provider to open its detail on the right: enabled state, credentials, connection health, and optional setup guidance. On a phone, choose a provider from the list, then use Back to providers to return.

What you can do

  • Search or filter the provider list
  • Review each connection in the detail pane
  • Add or update credentials
  • Test whether a connection works
  • See which features the integration supports

How to use it

Select a provider when you need to set up a new connection or check an existing one. Each provider has its own settings, but the idea is the same: connect the service, verify it, and keep it healthy.

When you select Test connection, the result updates on the same detail pane without navigating away, so you can immediately see the latest verified time or failure message. If browser scripting is unavailable, the same action reloads the page and shows the result at the top.

Text messaging (A2P 10DLC): When enabled for your platform, this card sets up the registered number Axivoy uses to text driver candidates. US carriers require business texting numbers to be registered under an A2P 10DLC campaign. Choose Automated setup to walk through business identity, authorized contact, area-code preference, and a read-only review of the campaign Axivoy files with carriers for you. Or choose I already have a registered number if your company already has an approved A2P number on this Axivoy account — enter the number, confirm ownership, and save. Saving also sets your Recruiting SMS From number, which then becomes read-only in Configuration and is managed from this card. While automated registration is in progress, the timeline on the card updates automatically; if a step is not approved, fix the highlighted fields and retry (retry may incur registration fees again).

Once your platform requires registered texting, all product text messages (candidate texting and notification texts) send from your registered number and are paused until registration is complete. You will see an SMS setup required notice on this card, on candidate text conversations, and on Notification Center delivery preferences until setup finishes — emails and in-app notifications are not affected. Blocked attempts appear in the Message Log with a Blocked status. Sign-in verification codes are not affected by this setup.

Product email: Axivoy chooses the product-email provider on Platform → Settings → General. Product and auth mail send from the platform From address under Platform → Integrations → Amazon SES. On this tenant page, SES tenants see a read-only Product email status (no domains or test send). Google-path tenants still configure Workspace domains/connection during cutover. Existing messages keep their original From in Message Log history; held sandbox mail stays held until you Release or Discard it.

What to watch for

If something stops working, start with the status or test result shown on the page. That usually tells you whether the issue is missing credentials, an expired token, or a provider-side problem.
