One-time pay

Accounting > Driver payroll > One-time pay is where you add a single extra payment that does not belong to the normal pay plan.

What the page shows

The page lists the one-time pay entries for drivers and shows whether each item is still open, reviewed, or included in payroll.

What you can do

• Add a new one-time pay item
• Review an existing item
• Edit the amount or note
• See whether it has already been included in a payroll run

What to watch for

Use this page for exceptions and special payments, not routine mileage or load pay.
