Platform integrations

Platform > Integrations is the central place for Axivoy-owned service connections.

What the page shows

Providers appear in a searchable list (filter by category when needed). Select a provider to open its detail pane: connection health, credentials, usage or capability info, and optional setup guidance. On a phone, use Back to providers to return to the list.

Google Workspace and Amazon SES both show operator guidance in the detail pane (Overview, Requirements, Setup guide, Test connection, Troubleshooting). Expand Setup guide on Amazon SES and complete AWS identity, configuration set, and SNS steps before enabling live traffic. Keep tenant email delivery mode on sandbox until you are ready for live product sends.

Twilio additionally shows Messaging Service webhook URLs (paste into Twilio Console → Messaging → Services → Settings: Request URL under Inbound messages → Send a webhook with Fallback URL left blank, Delivery status callback under Outbound messages, and leave Validity period / Sticky Sender / Area code geomatch / Smart encoding / MMS converter as-is) and a read-only list of every tenant's text messaging (A2P 10DLC) registration — mode, status, number, and whether its number has been released. Each row links to that tenant's platform detail page, where a suspended or archived tenant's Axivoy-provisioned number can be released (Release SMS number) so number rental stops billing; purging a tenant releases it automatically.

What you can do

  • Search or filter the provider list
  • Follow the Setup guide on each provider
  • Add or update credentials for enabled providers
  • Verify a connection when Test connection is available (status updates in place)
  • Check supported features and usage or health information
  • Review tenant texting registrations on the Twilio card

Coming soon providers are read-only: no enable toggle, save form, or test connection.

Use this page when the platform itself depends on a shared external service, such as geocoding, map support, or email infrastructure.
