Tenant settings

Settings → Configuration is where you find and edit tenant options (features, routing, communications, detention, receivables, and more).

What the page shows

A searchable list of settings. Use Find setting (pick several; each selection clears the box for the next search), category filters, and Customized to narrow the list. The Categories list on the left jumps to one category and clears other filters (the Category dropdown stays multi-select and A–Z). Related cards cover Account access, Planned mileage, Custom product From, and Sending by workflow.

What you can do

• Jump to a category from the Categories list (clears search and other filters)
• Search by name, what a setting turns on, or key
• Change a setting and Save on that tile (audit trail per key)
• Reset a customized setting to the default when available
• Configure Custom product From (sending domain) when Axivoy has Postmark Domains ready — add DKIM and Return-Path DNS, Verify, then Enable Live. Until then (and for auth/security mail), Axivoy uses the platform From
• Set Sending by workflow From name (always) and From local-part (only when Custom product From is Live) for invoices, detention, schedules, and other product mail families
• Optionally Notify Axivoy people (roles and/or users) per family when that product email is sent — they get Notification Center awareness alerts, not a copy of the customer/driver packet
• Optionally Notify email addresses (shared mailboxes) per family for a separate filing-copy email — not CC/BCC on the primary message; Message Log shows a Filing copy badge with a link back to the original send
• Reorder Load notification email resolve orders (billing, accessorial, load documents) so the right source wins first for compose and outbound mail

What to watch for

These settings affect the current tenant only. If Custom product From shows “Not available yet”, a platform operator still needs to finish Postmark setup. Auth and MFA mail always use the platform From.
