Admin trucks
The Trucks directory lists power units in your tenant TMS. Each row is identified internally by a numeric id; Samsara and Alvys identifiers are integration links shown on the detail page.
Editing
Admins with update permission can edit truck number, VIN, make/model, plates, active flag, and Lock profile from Samsara sync. When the lock is on, nightly Samsara sync still refreshes raw payload timestamps and can deactivate the unit if Samsara marks it removed, but it will not overwrite your TMS fields or reactivate a truck you deactivated.
Create and link
Create truck adds a manual row (no Samsara id required). Link Alvys / Unlink Alvys on the detail page set alvys_truck_external_id when you have link permission. Optional Samsara vehicle id can be attached at create or link time.
Filters
Search by truck number, VIN, or external id. Filter by active status and whether Samsara or Alvys links exist.
