Admin unlinked imports
Unlinked imports (under System) surface telematics or TMS rows that have not been matched to internal driver or entity records. Resolving them reduces duplicate identities and keeps scorecards accurate.
Why rows appear
Upstream identifiers can change, drivers can onboard before internal records exist, or matching rules may need a human decision.
What admins do
Work the queue your process defines: link, merge, or dismiss according to policy. Coordinate with sync health in Admin sync if new unlinked rows spike after connector changes.
