Admin users
The Users directory lists accounts you can manage subject to policy. Use Create user to add an account manually with HR profile fields (name parts, license, address, employment type, and related data). From a user profile you can adjust the same fields, role (Spatie roles), email, regional and appearance preferences, send password resets, and (when applicable) hire or termination dates on the user row when no telematics driver is linked.
TMS sync backfill
When Samsara or Alvys sync links a driver or Alvys dispatcher row to a user, the app fills empty profile fields on the user from TMS data. Fields you or an admin already set are not overwritten. Fleet rows on drivers and dispatchers always mirror the external system.
Linked drivers
When a user is linked to a telematics driver, employment dates and similar fields are maintained on the driver record instead. See Admin driver record.
Dispatchers
