Driver loads

View the trips that have been dispatched to you, mark arrive and depart at stops, and upload a proof of delivery (POD).

What you see

  • Active dispatched loads (and in-transit / at-stop work)
  • Recently delivered or cancelled loads for 14 days
  • Trip card with lane (City, ST → City, ST) and one meta line: empty/loaded miles, unit, partner, dispatcher; trip number in the section heading
  • When reference numbers exist, a tags icon with a count opens a bottom sheet of load references (order, BOL, PO, and similar). The same control appears after each stop name (even when the card is collapsed) for stop-level numbers. Values stay in the sheet — not listed on the card
  • Stops in an accordion: the active stop is expanded by default and labeled Next stop until you mark arrived, then Current stop; completed stops show a green check; upcoming stops show a clock
  • Reefer setpoint (when set) shows as large Temp digits on the first pickup; full temperature notes open with that stop
  • On a stop: Mark arrived, then compact document rows (Upload / with Replace or Add another; file icons to preview), then Mark departed
  • Other documents for files that attach to the load, trip, or a stop (choose Kind and Attach to first)

You do not see customer rates, invoices, or other financial details. Pay statements stay under Compensation.

What you can do

  • Open a load and expand any stop for address and times (only one stop open at a time)
  • Mark arrived / Mark departed on the current stop (updates without a full page reload). Arrived may require being near the stop (your company sets the distance; default 1000 ft; location permission may be needed)
  • Upload required stop documents (photo or PDF) on the current or a completed stop — Mark departed stays disabled until hard-required docs are on file for that stop
  • Upload other documents after selecting Kind and Attach to (Load / Trip / Stop)
  • Preview uploaded files with View

Loads that are only assigned (covered) but not yet dispatched stay hidden until dispatch sends you out.
