Drivers with schedule permissions can open My schedule from the main navigation when the feature is enabled.
View schedule
See your published OTR and home segments, home time accrual (earned vs scheduled days), and policy status for the active home time policy version.
On My schedule, the Timeline section opens on the Calendar view by default. OTR days show a truck icon and home days show a home icon on the monthly UTC calendar (colored by segment type). Switch to List for segment cards with the same heading format as Request schedule change (segment number, type, and inclusive day count with UTC start and end dates).
Request a change
Use Request schedule change to edit your OTR and home windows on the same chained timeline as dispatch uses. Changing a segment end or start shifts following segments automatically. The form shows live Policy status, violation summaries, and field-level highlights when a date breaks the rules.
- Compliant proposals with no hard conflicts publish automatically.
- Policy violations or capacity warnings that block auto-accept go to the approval queue for your dispatcher or admin. Track status under Schedule change requests.
You cannot mark per-segment policy overrides on a driver request; only staff can approve exceptions.
Notifications
You receive in-app and email notifications when a request is auto-accepted, approved, denied, or modified by dispatch.
