Platform recycle bin
Platform → Activity & logs → Recycle Bin is the cross-tenant bin for production loads, compose drafts, and candidates. Only platform operators (super.tenants) use this page.
Who can do what

What you can do
- Filter by tenant and type (load, compose draft, or candidate)
- Search candidates by name, phone, or email
- Restore a recycled production load, compose draft, or candidate
- Permanently delete when you are sure it is no longer needed
What to watch for
Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Tenant users never see production loads or candidates in their recycle bin — only compose drafts. While a candidate is recycled, their public portal links (careers resume, DOT application, e-sign, and similar) stop working until you restore them.
