Tenant branding

Use System → Branding on your organization’s host to customize the portal appearance for users on that subdomain or verified custom domain.

What you can customize

• Display name — browser tab title and navigation label. Leave blank to use your organization name from the tenant record.
• Colors — primary color for light UI surfaces and accent color for dark UI surfaces. Colors must meet WCAG AA contrast requirements.
• Logos — optional light-mode and dark-mode logo images (PNG, JPEG, or WebP).
• Favicon — optional PNG or ICO file.
• Login page — optional headline and short message above the sign-in form.

Reset

Reset to defaults removes uploaded files and restores platform branding (Tooli defaults) for this tenant.

Permissions

Tenant admins receive admin.tenant_branding.view and admin.tenant_branding.update via the seeded admin role. Custom roles can adjust subsets in People & access → Roles.

Branding is managed on the tenant host only; the central login host always uses platform branding.
