Tenant domains

Use System → Domains on your organization’s host (subdomain or verified custom domain) to review the provisioned company subdomain, choose the primary host, and manage custom domains.

Company subdomain

Your {slug}.{apex} host is created at provision time. It is protected: tenant admins cannot disable or delete it. Changing the slug or apex requires platform support.

Primary domain

The primary host is used for canonical links and redirects. Only active hosts qualify: the company subdomain, or a custom domain that has completed DNS verification.

Custom domains

  1. Enter the hostname you control (for example fleet.example.com).
  2. Add the TXT and CNAME records shown on the pending row.
  3. Click Verify DNS after propagation. The host must resolve before traffic is accepted.

You cannot add a central login host or a hostname already assigned to another tenant.

Permissions

Tenant admins receive admin.tenant_domains.* grants via the seeded admin role. Custom roles can adjust subsets in People & access → Roles.

Platform operators manage any tenant from Super → Tenants on the central host.
