Your profile

The profile area is where you manage your own account settings. Admins may open another user’s profile to help with support tasks, within what their permissions allow.

What you can do

  • Update your display information and preferences (including timezone-related choices where the app supports them).
  • Change your password when you are editing your own profile.
  • Admins may see extra actions for other users (for example role assignment, password reset email, or employment dates when no telematics driver is linked). Linked driver employment is managed on the driver record; see Admin driver record.

Password reset for someone else

Admins can trigger a password reset email for a linked user from the user’s profile when policy allows.
