Dispatcher dashboard
The dispatcher dashboard is the home for users with the dispatcher role. It is tailored to coordination and operational visibility rather than fleet configuration.
What to expect
- Your weekly scorecard for the selected operational week: published driver or dispatcher metrics your org marked Include on scorecard, with week navigation when scorecard data exists.
- No scores yet when no weekly scorecard rows exist for the viewed week.
To review assigned drivers, use the admin weekly scorecard or per-user scorecard when your role includes those permissions.
Working with admins
Dispatchers do not automatically see the Admin portal. User and role changes are handled by administrators; see Admin users and Admin roles.
