This Privacy Policy describes how Tooli Logistics LLC (“Tooli Logistics LLC,” “Axivoy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which owns and operates the Axivoy TMS platform, collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Axivoy websites, apps, and related communications (including email and SMS). By using Axivoy or opting in to communications, you agree to this Policy.
SMS / mobile messaging privacy
If you opt in to Axivoy SMS from Tooli Logistics LLC, we use your mobile number to send transactional and operational text messages related to your account and trucking operations (for example account or security notices, invitations, schedule updates, and load or stop alerts).
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share mobile numbers with service providers that process messages on our behalf (such as our SMS delivery provider) solely to send the messages you requested or that are needed to operate the service, subject to appropriate contractual protections.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the operational events that apply to you.
Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges are your responsibility.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Opt-out requests are honored promptly. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information (name, email, phone number, role, organization/tenant association)
- Operational data you or your carrier enter into Axivoy (loads, stops, documents, schedules, and related records)
- Communications metadata (delivery status, timestamps, opt-in/opt-out status)
- Technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and app usage logs needed for security and reliability
- Bank connection data when an authorized administrator links an operating account via Plaid for accounts-receivable matching (institution identifiers, account mask/last four, account names/types, and transaction credits used to promote customer payments — not full card PANs)
Bank connections (Plaid)
Axivoy may offer bank account linking through Plaid so your organization can import credit transactions into the bank inbox for matching and applying customer payments. Linking is performed by authorized admin users in the web application after acknowledging this Policy and our Data retention summary. Access tokens for linked items are stored encrypted at rest. We use bank transaction data to operate receivables workflows for your tenant; we do not sell that data.
Plaid’s own privacy practices also apply to data processed in Plaid Link. See Plaid’s privacy policy for details about their service.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Axivoy TMS product
- Authenticate users and protect accounts
- Send transactional email and SMS you have consented to receive
- Support carriers, drivers, and dispatchers in day-to-day operations
- Match and apply customer payments using linked bank feeds where enabled
- Comply with law and enforce our terms
How we share information
We share information with subprocessors that help us run Axivoy (hosting, email, SMS, bank-link providers such as Plaid, analytics limited to product operations, and similar vendors), with your organization/tenant administrators as needed to operate the service, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Opt-out preferences for SMS are retained so we can honor them. A public summary of retention and deletion is at https://app.axivoy.ai/data-retention.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. See https://app.axivoy.ai/security for a high-level overview and how to report a vulnerability.
Your choices
- Update profile information in Axivoy where available
- Opt out of SMS with STOP; manage email preferences where offered
- Ask a tenant administrator to disconnect bank Links when bank feeds are no longer needed
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights
Children
Axivoy is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date and policy version.
